Reznik, Benny and Myself (Don’t Test!) were buzzin to be asked to put together a guestmix for Nitelife Magazine. With our soon approaching session @ Cosies this Thursday, Abi the author thought it was about time we cleared up who we are? haha.
So, who exactly are Don’t Test? You can pretty much hunt down a Don’t Test night at The Bell in Stokes Croft, purely by following the faint rattling sound of a heavy dub or soulful jazz pouring out the door of their fortnightly residency. Consisting of Reznik (Matt), MLab (Brendan) and Benny, the trio deliver a spectrum of genres from Benny’s funk, MLab’s dubwise reggae to Reznik’s stormy dubstep.
